In this activity opponents are provided with ammunition and a battleground to eliminate their opponents by splashing them with paint. This is a great way to get out of the office, have some fun, and strategize while enhancing communication, education, and fun. This activity is designed to motivate people to combine their talents and perform at their best, individually and as team players. Team members discover diversity is their greatest asset and find the obstacles a welcome challenge. They learn that trust, cooperation and effective communication are key to team success.
