The great
thing about staring in the movies is that is demands
creativity and demonstrate different aspects of team
behaviors and get team members to think about what is
essential for high performing teams.
The groups will be divided into teams that will act in a
short film. This
group activity enlightens the team members to behaviors
/ processes that may contribute toward or obstruct group
problem solving. These includes good
communication, problem solving skills, trust, taking
advantage of the strengths and weaknesses of each team
member and understanding the customers point of view.
Through this activity participants often value and enjoy
the process of identifying the personal behavior styles
that produce the team spirits. This activity also
enhances creative thinking, as it acts as a good
team exercise, enriches team creativity, time
management, communication and effective teamwork.
